Laguindingan Airport. The P5.3-billion international-standard Cagayan de Oro-Iligan Corridor (CIC) airport is being constructed in Laguindingan. This Korean Eximbank-funded airport is expected to be fully operational in January 2012.

- August 6, 2008: The main civil works that started January 2008
is now 3.65 percent complete. The contractor is Hanjin Heavy Industries and Construction (HHIC), a Korean company.
